In a world of automated solutions, ready-made templates and ever-changing design trends, I’ve chosen a more personal way of working.

I work independently, bringing design, strategy and development together in one collaborative process. Not because it’s the easiest way to work (believe me, it's not!), but because it allows me to build something I value deeply: genuine partnerships with people who care about what they’re creating.

I’m Olga Kovalchuk — a designer, Wix Studio developer and creative thinker. I work with people who want more than a website that simply looks good. They want a digital experience that reflects who they are, connects with the right audience and supports where their business is going.

When we work together, you’re not passed between account managers or different departments. You work directly with me, from our first conversation through to design, development and launch. I get to know your business, challenge ideas when needed and bring the same care to the small details as I do to the bigger picture.

For me, good design isn’t just about delivering a finished product. It’s about understanding what matters to you and turning that understanding into something meaningful.

Beyond a Service: What It Means to Work Together

Every project is different because every business, team and ambition is different. My approach is built around that individuality.

  • Direct collaboration, from day one: You have a direct line to the person shaping and building your digital experience. No unnecessary layers, no translating your ideas through a chain of people. Just open conversations, shared decisions and a clear understanding of what we’re working towards.

  • Understanding before designing: Before I think about layouts, colours or interactions, I want to understand your world. Who are you trying to reach? What makes your business different? What isn’t working today, and what would a better experience make possible? These conversations help us move beyond assumptions and make design decisions with purpose.

  • A process that can adapt: No two projects follow exactly the same path. As we explore ideas and learn more, priorities can shift and better solutions can emerge. Working independently allows me to stay close to the process, respond thoughtfully and keep our decisions connected to your goals.

  • Thoughtful details, meaningful experiences: A strong digital experience is made up of more than its most visible elements. It’s the clarity of a message, the flow from one page to another, the ease of completing an action and the small interactions that make everything feel intuitive. I bring those details together with the bigger picture: your brand, your audience and the experience you want people to remember. The goal isn’t simply to make something look polished. It’s to create something that feels considered, works intuitively and gives people a reason to connect with your brand.

The Human Advantage: Making Your Brand Distinctly Yours

With AI tools and website builders making it easier than ever to create something quickly, getting a digital presence online is no longer the hardest part. The more important question is: does it feel like you, and does it give people a reason to choose you?

Technology can accelerate the process, help explore possibilities and take care of repetitive tasks. But choosing the right direction still takes context, curiosity and judgement. It means understanding the nuances of your business, recognising what your audience needs and making thoughtful decisions about what deserves attention. That’s where I believe the value of a design partnership lies. Together, we can create a digital presence that goes beyond visual appeal, one that reflects your identity, communicates your value and gives your business room to grow.

That means building an experience that:

  • Feels distinctive. A considered visual identity and a clear point of view help your brand stand apart from competitors.

  • Creates connection. Thoughtful messaging, intuitive journeys and purposeful design help the right people understand what you offer.

  • Supports your ambitions. A well-planned digital foundation can evolve alongside your business, rather than holding it back.

  • Turns ideas into action. Every design decision has a purpose, whether that’s building trust, making information clearer or helping visitors take the next step.

I don’t believe in design for the sake of design, or in following trends simply because everyone else is. I believe in asking the right questions, making intentional choices and creating work that serves a real purpose.

A Partnership Built on Care and Craft

Choosing to work independently means I can stay personally invested in every project. I can bring together strategy, design and development while keeping the collaboration direct, considered and human. And that matters to me. Because behind every business is a person with an idea, a challenge or an ambition worth taking seriously.

My role is to help you make sense of that vision and turn it into a digital experience that feels right for your brand – thoughtfully designed, carefully built and ready for what comes next.

If you’re looking for a design partner who will listen, think alongside you and care about the details as much as the bigger picture, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.

Let’s connect and talk about what we could create together.
